MCP server

Point Claude, Cursor or any MCP client at /mcp and an agent can list plate types, quote and run aggregates, and read receipts.

Four tools. Contents never pass through any of them.

list_plate_types: types, live counts per type and the aggregates. Counts only.
query: without x_payment, the price and the x402 requirements; with it, the answer and the receipt.
ask_armour: one Armour call, same payment shape.
receipt: the Settled event for a query id, read from the chain.

The MCP server holds no key and never signs: the agent signs its own payment.
